Hey there! I'm new to the DC Tri Club and am so excited to join the community. I competed in my first sprint triathlon in August and plan to compete in one more sprint this Spring/Summer and then the Nation's Triathlon in September. I'm trying to figure out how to best train during the fall/winter and have read conflicting suggestions re what I should be focusing on. I was wondering if anyone has a helpful training plan or any helpful suggestions as I train off season? I appreciate any feedback - thanks!
