transition bag recs
POSTED: 12/04/11 6:25 AM

I'm looking for a new transition bag. (I found a 2 year old thread for this topic but most of its links/recs don't seem to work/are out of date.) I'd appreciate any recommendations.

Thank you.

I got a Rocket Science transition bag and I love it. Lots of compartments to spearate Swim-run-bike accessories, storage for wetsuit, opens flat which is great to see what is actually in there. Just google Rocket Science and I am sure the website will come up.

Ditto for the rocket science bag. Pricey, but pretty much makes packing error proof as there is a place for everything you need. there are some great reviews of the bag on line as well. Here's one:

happy shopping!

I love the Zipp Gear Bag:

It's great if you love having a ton of pockets and being super-organized. Very well-designed. My favorite feature is the zip-away backpack straps.

I'm a pretty big fan of the blue seventy bag. Used it for 5 races last year and a half dozen or so trips as just a general purpose large backpack. It's held up extremely well and still looks as good as new.
