Nutrition Advice: Books and CSA

If you are interested in learning more about nutrition and eating well, I'd recommend these two books my Michael Pollan

1. "In Defense of Food".
The theme of this book is "Eat food. Not too much. Mosly Plants. This book debunks the Western Diet and gives advice on how to eat healthier.

2. "The Omnivore's Dilemma"

This book delves into the industrialization of the meat industry and picks apart the word "organic".

I'd also recommend Community Supported Argiculture as a great way to eat organic and local. I just signed up for this one, which runs May 3 to Aug 30.
