I'm a relatively new member to the club, and due to my schedule I really haven't been able to meet many other fellow members (although I did feel a strange sense of camaraderie with you all during the DC Tri...) I thought I'd try to start a Monday morning running group on the Hill and see if anyone is interested.
WHEN: Mondays @ 6:15 a.m.
WHERE: Lincoln Park
DISTANCE: 5-7 miles depending, usually down the Mall, sometime with some hill repeats worked in
PACE: Average 7:00-7:30 mile, faster if we are ambitious, slower if we are feeling the Monday drag...
