With the mini-false alarm of columbia possibly switching to a duathlon, it got me thinking, how would I run the first leg of the duathlon?
My guess is that it of course depends on the length of the race (sprint vs long course). But in a sprint and an olympic, what pace do you go out in the first run? Same as the second, slower? Any other pointers/suggestions for racing a DU?
Would love to hear what people think.
