I am definitely in for this....it's great open water swim practice....and a fun event!

Does this event fill up fast - I'm on the fence and have to check my schedule. Don't know when I can commit.

Ed's right. Last year I think I registered in early April. Did both the 1 & 2 milers last year, but am only planning to swim the two this year.

Great race and great food. My sister's townhouse backs up to the lake and people are on their decks watching the race.

Last year I signed up the week before and it was no problem, but this year the swim is part of the H2Open Series for USMS so it may increase in popularity and close out earlier then in the past.
