Most of this won't apply to the majority of you; however, if you love getting under the bar, then this is a great read. I posted this on the NTP page and SeñoRaugust appropriately pointed out that this article isn't really for a triathlete looking to integrate strength training into their tri training. Heavy lifting should already be your niche in order to take full advantage of it.

Endurance sports are taboo for serious lifters, so you don't often find articles of people who go against the grain. This is definitely the best I've come across so far.
