The club will once again offer indoor cycling training sessions this winter. The classes will last 10 weeks, beginning the weekend of Jan 5th/6th and ending the weekend of March 9th/10th. Which is perfect timing so that you can all sign up for VA Beach Shamrock Half marathon (I'm organizing a group house, there is another thread on that topic.)
Over the past two years this program has grown from 25 participants to 60 last year, and has consistently good reviews from those involved. I also had a few people asking about mid week sessions to continue their training. I am aiming to be as inclusive as possible, so I have created this spreadsheet to gauge interest in various days/time slots.
Regardless of the option you choose, the weekend sessions concentrate on base building for the first few weeks and then progressively build into harder race day efforts. The midweek programs would be more along the lines of a traditional spinning class.
Please note this spreadsheet is just to gauge interest in the times/pricing options. This is not the actual sign up for the program itself...once I have an idea of what is feasible we'll proceed with further planning and locking in pricing and other info.

Looks like we are doubling the size of the program! 25 the first year, 60 the next, and 113 interested this time around! We should have some good options, will have more info shortly!
