There are very few one-day 200-mile cycling events in held in the U.S. (or indeed, on Earth). This is one of them. It takes place in our own back yard with full support, and it's a lot of fun.

A benefit for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, the Total 200 route follows mostly flat roads, and the organizers and volunteers are mostly DC Tri Club members. The event begins in Anacostia Park, loops around the Capitol, and then proceeds south to Point Lookout State Park in Maryland, where lunch will be served, before heading back to town.
It's the easiest 200 miles you'll ever ride.
