52cm Specialized Tri/TT Bike For Sale - $1500 (w/ wheelset)
POSTED: 3/03/10 11:05 AM

Hey folks,

I'm posting this for a friend who is looking to unload his tri/TT bike.

Contact Drew directly (contact info is below) if you're interested,

FS: 52cm Specialized S-Works Transition triathlon/TT bike - - $1500

I'm selling my 52cm Specialized S-Works Transition Triathlon/TT bike because I need the $$ and need to clear out some space for another new bike. This is the 2006 model. I used it for a few TTs last season and it's rockin' fast and will get you very aero. It's a 52cm frame, which depending on how long your torso/legs are will fit a rider from 5-8 to 5-11. I've left some space in the fork tube for a taller rider, which can be adjusted or cut down for somebody smaller.

I'll include a set of wheels as well -- either a custom built set of Ligero Wheelworks hoops, or a set of new Mavic Kysrium Elites -- your call. $1150 for the bike w/out the wheels.

Contact me (Drew) directly if you're interested: Will send pictures, as well.

Here's the component list. Thanks for looking!

Shimano Ultegra cranks
Shimano Dura Ace chain
Shimano Dura Ace index shifters (10 spd)
Shimano Ultegra brakes
Shimano Ultegra front and rear derailleurs
Cane Creek brake levers
Profile Design aero bars/cockpit
Carbon fiber aero seatpost
Selle Italia TT saddle
Shimano Ultegra cassette
Specialized Transition S-WORKS TT frame
Shimano Dura Ace Octalink bottom bracket (just had a new one put on)
New Dura Ace cabling
Wheels -- either the Mavics or the Ligeros

There are two minor cosmetic scratches on the frame that have been retouched. Otherwise, the bike has been ridden about once a week for the past year and meticulously maintained.

I'll take cash, cashiers check or PayPal. I'll be happy to throw in a set of Look Keo pedals if it helps you feel good about things.
