CUA Swims 2014

Hi All,

We are counting down our few final swims at CUA (only 6 more!!).

But don't fear - if you still would like some tips and help with your swim, Paul will be there to help. Nothing extra is needed, just show up at CUA between 6:30-8, pay $5, and ask your questions.

Some of us will be doing the workout below. Others will swim their own thing.

Going to the track workout on Wednesdays now, but I'll be back on Monday.

Sad this location is ending, but THANK YOU SO MUCH for organizing this throughout the year and for all the workouts (and encouragement)!!!

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to thank EVERYONE who came out to a CUA swim this past season. We had some great turnouts, fantastic workouts written by Paul, and personally - I dropped 6 minutes off my mile time.

It was such a great range of swimmers who came together to improve. I watched my NTP person, and many other NTP'ers, become more comfortable in the water. I witnessed dedicated triathletes train for their first (or fourth) Ironman. I saw people realize that swimming isn't so bad after all.

Hey I am new to the club and I want to swim at CUA starting next Month in October on a regular basis. I work close to CUA so it would be a good fit

Hello,

Welcome to the club! Unfortunately, we are done with CUA swims for right now, as the CUA swim season has started.

Hopefully we will be back next year starting in February.
