Can someone point me to the July schedule? I can't seem to find it on the NTP site.
Also did a full NTP newsletter come out? I didn't get that - got the short one - but it could have gone to spam or someting.

I couldn't find the July training plan and I did not receive the long NTP email this week either. Maybe this means we get the holiday week off (ha, ha). Hopefully, the training plan will be posted tonight!

I did the 2 hour bike ride yesterday, and I really want to get into the pool today....this makes the most sense after two hours on a bike!
Sorry, we should have it up, but here is this week (this is an easy, recovery week for everyone):
Mon: Bike 70 minutes, zone -1-3, just ride
Tues: Swim 45 minutes, zone 1-3, workout #2
Wed: Run 1 hour, zone 1-2, just run
Fri: swim 1 hour, do 1500 yards continuous
Sat: Bike 70 minutes, zone 1-4, workout #3
Sun: easy 30 minute run
Mon: Swim 40 minutes, zone 1-2, worjout #6
Tues:Run 30 minutes, zone 1-2, just run
Wed: Bike 1 hour, workout #4
Fri: Run 30 minutes, zone 1-3, workout #1
Sat: Bike 45 minutes, zone 1-3, just ride
Sun: Run 30 minutes, just run
