From here on out the workouts at Wilson will be on Wednesday nights to accomodate the large number of track workout attendees who want to be able to also do the Conte's rides that start this Tuesday. Looks like the weather should be nice for a workout this week. I'll post what we are doing by tomorrow on the listserv/yahoo group.

I was disappointed at our low turnout last night, in particular the lack of people who were at the Conte's ride. I'm hoping its just because its the first week and people are getting their schedules sorted. We'll see how the turnout is next week and if people who specifically asked for the wednesday switch don't show up then we may go back to Tuesdays. I'll keep everyone posted here and on the listserv.
Wednesday is also a swim day at CUA. And since my swim needs more work than my run, I won't be making the Wednesday sessions.
Will try to make it next week. Sorry couldn't feel my legs after the contes ride and swam instead. Hope that feeling changes next week! But totally understand if you guys switch back to Tuesdays. if you do I'll try to alternate tuesdays track / contes (making sure the contes bbq night is a bike night of course :) ).

Since CUA swims are Mon and Wed and Conte's rides are on Tues, have you considered doing the track workouts on Thursdays? Maybe that could be an option to draw the usual crowd (as well as others, such as myself). Thanks for organizing!
Finding the best day is tough. I did a poll on the yahoo group and wednesday was the day that people wanted the most. The nice thing about it is that you can still do a track workout on weds before a race weekend and be recovered, whereas thurs is getting kind of close to the weekend.. the input is appreciated though!
We can't move it Thursdays. That's Survivor night.
