Last week we had 8 bad ass people turn up even in the rain. Hope to see even more of you this week even if its raining...

Here's the workout for this week...perhaps the last hard track workout for our MCM friends...

As always, arrive early before 6:30 and warm up on your own.

At 6:30, we will do our dynamic stretching exercises together.

Then the workout...total time: 46 minutes

Full ladder, first we climb up, then back down.
2 minutes active recovery after each interval. Intervals will be done at Vo2 max
pace (98-100 percent max heart rate) with the exception of the middle interval
(top of the ladder)

Interval times, in minutes:

4
5
10 minutes, brisk jog, harder than recovery, but not as hard as lactate
threshold pace
5
4
3
...........
Then cool down and Whole Foods for dinner if you like.
