The Pacers fun run group in Alexandria is mixing things up a bit and offering cross-training circuits on their Monday runs.

Who: Everyone! All paces and fitness levels are welcome!
What: Our New Fun Run that mixes body resistance exercises (pushups, dips, chinups, situps, lunges, etc) into a 4 mile run.
When: 7 pm, Monday nights. Starting June 4th
Where: Pacers Running Store at 1301 & 1303 King Street in Old Town Alexandria, 22314
Why: Because it's fun, it’s a great workout & it can benefit everyone, whether a seasoned runner, beginner or a general fitness enthusiast.
