upgraded Selle Italia flite gel flow Ti saddle (retail $147)
upgraded Easton EA50 wheel set (bought 2009 - spin true)
New Portland Design Works full (700x30mm) metal fenders (retail $115)
New Jagwire cables (both shift and brakes)
New Shimano 105 chain
New Deda bar wrap
New Continental GP4000S 23mm tires (retail $40 a piece)
This bike has been ridden hard and the frame and components show wear (see pictures) but still shifts and rides great. Rear cassette and front chain rings replaced in 2009. Outstanding starter bike for triathlons, century riding, or commuting. I haven't ridden this bike much in the last 2 years and just re-cabled it.
For NTPr's I'll throw in a set of profile design clip-on aero bars and/or remove fenders if not desired.
