Out of curiousity -
For those who don't have a car, how are you bringing your trainer? It's not super heavy and so I could probably just carry it around, but it is bulky carrying it.

Tomorrows session will be all lower body conditioning, therefore, if you carry your trainer and get a bit of an upper body workout you'll balance things out.
If you need a ride see if anyone is in your area that could give you a lift. They give you a ride, you buy them lunch after. Pretty good deal all around.

Good class today Ron. My legs are smoked, but in a good way. I like how you broke everything down, and explained it to us less knowledgeable, signs of a REALLY GOOD instructor. Can't wait til next week. Makes me want to get a membership to Gold's to goto spin class

Thanks guys, strong showing today and lots of calories burned. Everyone should have left feeling they had a good workout but not sore and prepared to do the workout again Tues/Weds with some friends. Especially the single legs drills, those are extremely important in the early sessions to lock in good form and be more efficient.
Please come to next Sats session with fresh legs, if not the field test will be inaccurate. Mark, that means no crossfit Thurs/Fri. If you are determined to do something, Thurs should be easy short zone 2 workouts or upper body stuff but Fri should be a complete rest day.
Abby, we have 19 returning plus JWAL and Clovis from Conte's, I think we can fit 25 total in the space we were provided, so we'll have 4 additional openings when you post.
