The Bike Rack has partnered with CrossFit DC for a 12 week structured cycling training program beginning December 7, 2013 and running through the end of February.
Each session will be on Saturday morning from 8:00AM to 9:30AM at CrossFit DC's location (about a block from the shop). Each participant will be on their own bike which will be attached to a trainer. The trainer will either be their own or one that will be available for them to rent. The program will be divided into 4 phases, each phase is 3 weeks long, and each phase has a specific goal.

Wow - that is a great option to the DC Tri Spin program. I wish the hours did not overlap or I would have done both.
