This Yoga for Triathletes’ session is designed to assist triathletes improve their dynamic core stability, flexibility, strength, and body awareness.

Description: Strike a balance in your body by using the practice of yoga to complement your triathlon training. Minimize your risk of injury and improve your form by complementing your training with this extension, core stability, and flexibility focused yoga class.
The class will include: long, deep stretches that target your tight legs and hips; chest opening poses that counter the constant spinal flexion of cycling; and back and core strengthening poses. The class will also include balance exercises and poses to increase total body strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Instructor: Caroline Buths, DPT, RYT is a manual physical therapist, certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor, Pilates instructor, and avid athlete.
