I took part in the Tough Love class at Lululemon G'town last night and it's a great core workout for anyone looking to build strength. Be prepared for a lot of exercises that indirectly build strength in your shoulders, arms, and wrists too. I suspect it will be great preparation for keeping proper form in drops. 45" of aerobic core work and then 45" of yin yoga. I'll be braving the rainy weather tomorrow to get to the class so hope to see a few other DC Tri folks there!
