April 11, 2009: Difficult Run Cross Country 8K

April 25, 2009: Bike to End Hunger in Calvert County

Rides are fully supported with routes ranging from 15 miles to a full metric century.

Choose between the beginner course that covers 12-16 miles or go for the full course that covers 18-24 miles.

Head to Kingman Island for a day of exploring its 50 acres of natural area and celebrate its reopening with music, refreshment, guided tours, interactive nature experiences and much more.

See some flicks and support great chicks! LUNAFEST was established in 2000 by Luna, the makers of the Whole Nutrition Bar for Women, to simultaneously promote women filmmakers, raise awareness for women’s issues, and support worthy women’s nonprofit organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada. 100% of proceeds from the DC LunaFest will benefit Tranquil Space Foundation and the Breast Cancer Fund.
