There have been some rumblings recently from some folks interested in a Saturday morning domination of Mt. Weather. I was thinking about an 8 or 8:30 clip in to ride the ~60 mile route, then a quick 20-30 min easy run off the bike.

Meet up/Start at the Marshall, VA VDOT Lot-

How to get there:

I-66 West 36 miles to Exit 28, the Business Rt. 17 exit into Marshall. Turn left onto Rt. 55/Main St. at traffic light. Turn right onto Frost St., by a bank on the corner, and continue to dead end and commuter lot.

Facilities: No water or rest rooms, but there are fast food stores on Business Route 17.
