Yea, sorry about that Wai. Once we got back to MacArthur and it started drizzling, I got into race home mode. Enjoyed the ride though, and good luck at your race.
Haha, no problem at all! Likewise.
Great ride today. Glad I finally made it out after lurking on this thread for like a year!
I had to get back for a run and so I cut out at Oaklyn. I only rode about half as much as you guys, but my Garmin average was 19.2 mph. Wow! All I can say is that I would not be doing that pace on my own.
Kevin
I had mentioned that I wanted to do the Bay Country Century this Saturday. Unfortunately, I now have to work in Annapolis at 1:30 and I don't think I can swing it. Close but not close enough.
So, I am around to ride Saturday morning to the T, leaving at 7:00am. Is anyone around?
I would like to get a longer ride in this weekend and I'm looking at the possibility of a long ride on Monday morning. Maybe something out at Mt. Weather or trying out the Sky Mass route: http://www.bikely.com/maps/bike-path/Sky-Mass
Is anyone interested in a Monday ride?
Hey Travis- very interested in Mon ride-- sky-mass looks like a nice downhill ride. But need to keep an eye on the weather.
I'd rather ride longer on Sat but realize you don't have the time- that said, I'll probably go longer if others are interested. Maybe a nice fast flat 125m ride?
I'd be up for a Monday ride (planning on getting long run in on Saturday) and a change of scenery might be nice :) Keep me posted!
Also interested in a Monday ride. Yay for holiday weekends!
I'm in for a ride to the T on Saturday, but can't make it to front Royal on Monday. Anyone interested in a shorter ride around DC on Monday?
Travis, you are leaving the hill at 7 on Saturday?
Wes
Looks like I'm going to join a group at the Bay Country Century (100m). Come on out and join us. More info here:

I'm still in for Saturday. Regular time, 7 from the hill, 7:30 from G-Town. I'll head to either the T or Great Falls depending on timing. Most likely the T.
Monday ride is still on. My preference is for SkyMass but had a vote for Mt. Weather. For those that are counting, Front Royal is only 20min past Marshall so it's pretty close.
Once I figure out details for Monday, I'll post.
See you in G-town tomorrow at 7:30. I'm looking forward to moving this ride to a more civilized post-Summer time (8:00?).
Also interested in a Monday ride. I think I could manage the "Sky," but maybe not the "Mass." Mt. Weather would also be fun.
I'm in for a ride to Great Falls on Saturday assuming roads are dry. If it's raining, I'm sick of being wet and will probably pass.
7:10 departure for Hill, 7:30 at G-Town.
I'm out the following week and will be out at Savageman. When I get back the following week we'll probably look at moving the ride back to a more civilized 8am start.
Good luck this weekend to those racing at Nation's and to Wes who is heading out to Las Vegas to represent at 70.3 Championships!
IN if the weather is ok or better. Wet roads are fine as long as it's not pouring.
The sun is out! Travis/Eric/others, are you still riding tomorrow?

I'm still IN and looking forward to a nice day. Few folks from the Hill will be joining. Probably ride to the T - just depends on who is IN and what they want to ride.
Just a reminder, I'm out for this week for Savageman and the following week for RAGNAR. Looks like a nice fall morning for a ride though, so get out there.
If you decide to change the start time to 8:00 before I get back to the group, I'll change it on the postings.
I am planning on being out this weekend, don't really care about start time, 7 or 8 works fine for me. I am going to be heading out to Sugarloaf if anyone wants in. Sounds fun right? Should be a good day for a ride
My preference is the "clip in and depart from Capitol Hill at 7:10am, rolling pick up in Georgetown at 7:30." Though if later will get a bigger group, I'm game.
Knee's been acting up a little so shooting for the T, but may turn at Oaklyn if it flares up.
