Any interest in making the meeting time 9am? The NTPers are going to be out there then.

I plan on doing a long loop at 9

9am is fine with me. So I'll do 6 on my own before and join the group at 9am.

Anyone running tomorrow? I've never been on the RCP trails before but have always wanted to check them out! I'm looking to do 14 but could mix and match to get distance if people are doing shorter distances. As it's supposed to be a long, slow run, I'd probably pace myself at 9:15ish/mile. Shorter distance or the promise of brunch afterwards I'll run at faster clip.

If I end up running by myself, are the trails pretty easy to navigate, any trail markings? I've tried looking for a map but haven't come across one.

I'm not sure what the trail is like but I'll be out there tomorrow too. Looking to get 10-13 in. I'm slow though.

Also, 8am tomorrow unless there's heavy rain.

Some of the regular runners are either out of town or riding bikes tomorrow.

These runs really tend to pick up in the off season so slowly but surely we'll be back out there on a regular basis - With many brunches to follow the runs, for sure.

I need a long run Sunday. 20 miles ~ 3 hours. I know of a couple more on a similar boat, albeit a faster one. Anyone else wants to join for some/all the fun?

Who's in for this week?

Let's set a standard start time for the off-season. I'm voting for either 8:30 or 9:00. Vote away.

I'm not running far this week - it may be more of a hike - but I'm planning on being out there with Mocha the Dog to treat her to some trail time.

i'd like to do it but strong preference for the earlier start... two groups? I'd like to stick with the traditional 8 am start and do 6-10 slow-moderate pace (8:45 or 9-ish) tomorrow -- anyone? anyone? (Bueler?)

I'll be out there at 8am as well. I like the early starts. Otherwise, I get home too late before I need to go to work.
