In for 9am.

I'd love to run one of those choose-your-own-adventure routes where we try to get off the normal route onto some new trails. This should suit those looking for a slightly slower pace while also making things a little more interesting and probably more hilly.

Adam, thx for the heads up about spring BYB.

I'm in for 10ish miles too! I haven't run in RCP forever though... so the usual route is would not bother me :)

I'll probably stick to the regular 10-mile loop and will be solidly back with the B or C pace. I'm just hoping to maintain a slow, steady pace and complete 10 miles.

I may also hit EMP sometime tomorrow afternoon if anyone is interested.

Who's in for this week?

I hear some folks are thinking of riding on Sunday but I need to get some run miles in. I'll probably do 12-ish medium slow miles.

Got in my ride today so I will plan to show up and run with the group. 10 miles plus perhaps a few extra miles beforehand.

Planning on being there - I may actually try to keep up with some people this time. Normal people, i mean... not Patrick.

Sorry to have missed. That was a beautiful morning.

In two weeks the club is organizing a kick-off for "Run Month" and we're hoping to get a large group with multiple pace groups involved. I think we could probably organize a sweaty brunch following the run.

For anyone who shows up to run this weekend, we'll try to make a plan for the next week. It'll be good training to make sure that the regular trail runners aren't getting shown up by the rookies that show up in Feb.
