So... is it at 9 or is it at 10? Or... is it both?
And so that last msg doesn't look callous I guess I shoUld explain that phil sent me an email last night that he left the hill running to rcp at 0745 plannIng to be at pierce at 9. I'm just going with what seems to be the consensus. It's going to be 1 degree warmer at 10. Hope to see you out there!
Weather looks bad for tomorrow (and I have brunch plans). Who is interested in running at RCP on Monday at 9:00am? Most of us probably have the day off for MLK.
Travis, I'd be up for running at 9am, but I'm not hitting the trails. It may be too muddy. I need a 2-hr. run tomorrow (about 15 miles).
Looks like RCP run is on rain/shine tomorrow morning at 9:00am. See you at Pierce Mill for ~90 minute run.
I'm always game for a trip to Firehook Bakery to warm up after the run.
Excellent! I thought I'd meet up w/ you all tomorrow too. do you typically run on the trails or roads? I'm upping my miles slowly, so I'll probably turn early & go for ~60min. ~Jess
Unless it's incredibly soggy, we'll be sticking to the trails. In my mind, the muddier, the better.

I am with Travis. Let's get dirty. I will be there. Gotta get back in the swinging of things for BYB series. Since I accidentally while drinking some beers signed up for all the 10 milers
I like your thinking :-) thanks...see you then!
I'm in for 8 miles tomorrow if any other less speedy runners are considering joining the crew.
I'll be there, doing 8 at a steady pace of around 8 min miles...
Great run this morning guys!
I'm a little sore today from a great run yesterday.
It was good seeing such a large group out there!
Anyone up for a RCP trail run from Pierce Mill tomorrow am at 9 or 10?
It's been a while since we've posted one of these runs. Anyhow, Sunday morning, Peirce Mill, 8:00am, 90 minute run.
Sunday morning looks like a great day to run. Peirce Mill, 9:00am start, ~90 minute run. We'll meet in the parking lot near the picnic pavilion and restrooms. Temps look to be near 65 at run start so it'll be perfect training weather.
If you haven't run on the trails at Rock Creek Park, you're missing out in a big way. It's a great place to train and save your joints from too much impact.

Travis,
Awesome to hear the RCP Runs are back. I will be out there as soon as the MCM is over. I gotta get my trail running legs back.
