I'm planning to get a few (~4ish) extra miles in before the groups starts at 9. Probably start at 8:15ish if anybody's interested.

I think I'm going to skip RCP this week and head up to Patapsco for some orienteering. If anyone is looking for a change of scenery, let me know. I'm planning on the longer course (10+ miles, depending on navigation accuracy) which starts between 9:30 and 10:30. I'll probably arrive there at 9:45 to check in.
The other courses are open from 11 to 3 and difficulty varies both on navigation and distance. It's pretty easy to get started even if you have no experience with map and compass.
Did everyone run the half today or is anyone up for some RCP miles tomorrow.
I'm hoping to get in the big loop + some extra miles and will be running a pretty relaxed pace. It's been a couple of weeks since I've gotten in a good run workout so I'm expecting the legs to feel a little heavy.
I'll be there for a 7mi run.
