Thanks for helping me find my limit today. Good to see such a great turnout on a holiday weekend.

Too cold for biking...Anyone want to run Saturday or Sunday? Great falls or RCP?
Totally down for a Sunday run. And Kip's working bar at Matchbox, so maybe we need to pay him a visit for sweaty brunch afterwards...
Depends on how sore I am after Celtic Solstice on Saturday. An easy trail run might be nice but if I'm too sore I"ll probably just hop on the trainer.
I would be up for a run.
I head out of town Sunday, but plan to run in RCP tomorrow a.m., if anyone's interested in going then.
I could be convinced for tomorrow morning. Saw your sister today at the bar too.
fun -- forgot she was having lunch there today! Swigart and I are shooting for Pierce Mill at 10am, if you want to join us. hoping the later time will allow a little bit of the overnight re-freeze to...un-freeze.
9:30 at Pierce Mill. Is that a good time for everyone interested?
My track kids smoked me the other day. I need to get back in a rhythm. Sunday anyone?
Let me get this straight Hugh. Very young kids smoked an old man. This is the first I have heard of this phenomenon. Let's hope it's not contagious, cause I don't want younger racers to smoke my old butt.
Here is how you beat them:
Wear there butts out and then join in the workout. Worked for me when I was coaching soccer.
I'm there--probably with my sister at least. 9am Pierce Mill
Sorry Patrick, I'm out for tomorrow as I did my trail run tomorrow. Maybe next week. Merry Christmas!
