I'm totally in for this weekend. Boys and girls, who else?

Right on. I'll definitely be there, maybe plus one. Looking for about the same time, so that works perfectly. Looking forward to it.

I would like to make it out for my first run with the group. If I'm reading the information correctly it's at 9am? And is it a 90min or distance run?
Thanks,
April

Hey April. Not entirely sure, since this will be my first run as well. But I'm planning on running between 60-75 minutes. And yes, 9am.

There's usually something for everyone (10 mile groups, 60 min groups, 45 min groups, sometimes moms/dads walking with babies...)

The best thing is to post what you're interested in doing so others who want to do the same will be motivated to come out (they know they'll have you as company) and can look out for you.

Plus, you can find a little more info here: http://dctriclub.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=train.workouts&id=467

See you out there!
(oh, and I'm in for about 12 miles with Sean, maybe Kip and anyone else who wants to join)

It's warming to 25 degrees tomorrow! I plan on running. Anyone else for 9am?

I'm also planning on joining for my first run with the group. 60-75 mins would be ideal but I'm flexible. Looking forward to it!

I'm in for 12 tomorrow. Planning on meeting Bill at 830 to get in a few extra before meeting the gang at 9 if anyone else would like to join.

I turned back pretty early today for an easy day. Hope everyone had a good run.

It was great seeing such a big group today with basically all paces represented. Let's keep it up!

I ran in the park yesterday and it was crazy with down trees! A lot of fun, just be prepared for more technical conditions than usual. FYI, my YakTrax worked great!

I'm out for this weekend but will see you next week.

I might try again this Sunday. The run time interferes with church service at 11am up here in Wheaton.
If anyone else is slow like me (about 11:00-11:30 pace) I'd love to run with you. I'm trying to get faster so even meeting people that a little bit faster than this pace would be nice too!
Hope to see you all out there this weekend!

Anyone running 18 miles on Sunday... if there's 18 miles of clear path.

Garth -

What pace are you shooting for during the 18 miles? If it's not faster than 8:40, you have yourself some company.
