Done. Dropped you an email as well. :)
I'm in, and can provide a ride from Arlington.
I'll be there a little later with a few others....it will be nice motivation for us to know there are other folks out there to try and catch ;-)
Note for those who might be new to this ride: There's a paucity of water stops after mile 20 or so. You might fill up a third bottle at the grocery stores just before the big climb, lest you run out around mile 50 or so.
(Probably out, resting for Lake McD.)
In, assuming I don't get stuck at work. See you all there.
Leaving from Arlington (Ballston) have space for one or if someone has space I'm a good co-pilot. Email me directly alejandro.escobar [at] yahoo . com
Sounds good, I'm in!
Thanks for the water tip, Ed.
For those using GPS/Google Maps to get there, the address is:
4158 Frost St
Marshall, VA 20115
I'll be there for the ride!
Anyone leaving from the Hill (or anywhere in/around DC/NOVA) and have extra space in their car? I don't really want to drive my car with no A/C all the way out there. You can contact me directly at mandileissoo at hotmail.com
Gang, I'd love to join you, but I really need more mileage that day (90+). It's crunch time for me and IM-CDA.
You could do Mt. Weather twice! :)
Hugh, if you're game then I might be trying for some mix of 2 loops to get my 100 in.
I'm still a maybe on this one, but I went ahead and mapped it online, because I suck with cue sheets and regular maps.
Sounds like a great ride - Bill and I will be there!
I'll be there!
My later start time has been over ruled Jenny, Travis, Sarah, Becky and I will be there.
Is it just me, or do triathletes seem unusually swayed by peer pressure?
I've convinced 4 people in the last 2 days that riding up the side of a mountain (in the rain?) is a fun way to spend the first official day of summer, and now poor Joe has been pressured into getting up earlier than he wants.
At least this post wasn't to recruit other club members to do something crazy. :)
I'm in! (...unless it's raining)
There is no "unless it's raining"! HTFU Panda! :)
So rude. But so true.
