The run leg will be 7.5K (about 4.7 miles), not 6.7K (about 4.2 miles) as stated previously. It's not much of a difference, about half a mile.
For those of you who are planning to sprint all-out for the last quarter mile, don't start too early. If you start speeding up at the 4-mile mark, you still have 0.7 mile to go before the finish line.
So don't be surprised when you pass the 4.2-mile mark and you haven't finished the race. You didn't miss a turn somewhere. The race really is a bit longer than originally advertised.
