Description: This session has been structured to provide you with the unique opportunity to complete an indoor workout using your own bike while receiving individual feedback on your cycling form and technique.
This session will:
- Provide an aerobic workout to help you build a solid aerobic foundation
- Include threshold and tempo interval sets
- Emphasize cycling technique through specific drills
- Include one-on-one feedback on your cycling form and bike fit
- Be fun!
Please bring your bike, a bike trainer, and water bottle. If you have a heart rate monitor and power meter, please bring them also.
Instructor: Sonja Evers is Level 3 cycling coach, CAT 1 road racer, the 2008 MidAtlantic Time Trial and Road Race Champion, professional mountain biker, and physical therapist. Sonja brings unparalleled expertise and experience to this session.
Please note that pre-registration required (as there is a limited number of places available). Street parking is available from 6.30pm.
