Hi everyone, my name is Eric, I just joined the club a few minutes ago. I live in Arlington. I used to box long ago, but after having three kids got very lazy. Now that my kids are almost in college, I decided to get back in shape. I started jogging about 4 months ago and I'm already jogging 8-10 miles about 3-4 times a week. I know how to swim since I grew up in an island, but not the way I should for this type of stuff. I'm also a rooky regarding bicycling. I already registered for the Baltimore and Richmond marathon since I expect to be able to finish them, at least, walking and jogging. I'm currently doing about 11.5-12.5 minutes per mile.
