Anyone planning on coming to track workout wednesday night, please note that we will be doing hill repeats on Brandywine.
As usual, meet at 6:30 PM at Wilson High School Track in Tenleytown, DC (outside the track on the stairs/driveway). James W is leading this week and will be there and will have a place to store belongings.
Group will warmup together down to the top of the hill then do repeats for about 45-50 minutes (the hill is half mile long, you can do the whole thing or break it up).
All are welcome to attend, but we do ask that you bring a waterbottle, and jog with it down to the top of the hill (just 3/4 mile) that way you have it at the top of each repeat.
