I hear this is the place to be! Count me in, please.
Hey folks,
We'll have signups up in a couple weeks, so don't worry, you're good.
We're looking for a person or people who can help organize the spreadsheet, campsites, etc. A few hours a week. If you saw the spreadsheet last year you pretty much are trained for it. Or if you have ever run a signup spreadsheet or organized an event. Looks good on resumes too. Also if you can volunteer to help organize the weekend of, I know it's pretty early on, but we could use help with that too. Just send an email. Thanks!
Hey there -
I can help with organization.
By the way, specifically on what dates is this weekend? All I see is "Friday" and "Saturday" listed.
Is this in August?
Piyush the Bomb: It's the weekend of July 28.
AWESOME.
+1 for me too.
Ed - If you're not in the mood to sleep in a camp this year, I'm in with you.
Hey everyone,

It's going to be a fantastic weekend of camping and training!
Khang, Murdoch and the DC Triathlon Club
All,
It has come to my attention that there might be a few folks who want to participate in the training for the weekend, but that they will be renting a house instead of camping. I'm going to slightly modify the EventBrite so that you can choose "Camping and Training" or "Training Only" so that we have a good count of how many will be participating.
Thanks!
Abby
Nice! Thanks for taking the lead guys :]
In it to win it.
Hi all --
I'm among those that are interested in training for the weekend but would rather rent a house than camp, mostly because its the first weekend of the Olympics and I'm slightly obsessed.
If any of you are also interested in renting a house rather than camping (and are interested in doing so with me), please fill out this spreadsheet (not the 4th column) so I have an idea of the number of people interested in such a venture.
Can't wait!

P-Diddy:
$1mil or so. Actually, I'm not sure yet. I haven't booked a place because I wanted to know how many people were interested. I'll update you shortly. And as an FYI for people, we'll probably have to book 3 nights because its prime season and most places have a 3-night minimum, which isn't to say that anyone would HAVE to stay 3 night.
Lisa
I'm definitely interested in a house for that weekend!
I'm also interested in the house, depending on cost and availability of transportation. Like so many in DC, I don't have a car.
Lisa -
Sweet deal.
Any ideas on when you'll find out?
I'd like to rent a room otherwise in the next week or so.
Let me know!
