Any suggestions? I'm trying to "respect the taper" and follow workouts as specified this last two weeks (7 weeks of travel having messed up plenty of weeks along the way). Should I do the run Sunday instead? Before the transition clinic? Skip the bike ride? I'm all about pre-race jitter relief, so would like to attend the clinic.
I was wondering the same thing. If we are riding on Saturday, I plan on doing the 90 minute run on Sunday morning.
There will be people riding after the transition/jitters clinic tomorrow, but if you'd rather do your run then that's fine, too!
90 minutes for a long run the weekend before a race is a bit long but then again youguys know your body better than anyone else.
When is the transition clinic. I gotta run tomorrow and can show up there afterwards.
