I'll be doing a track workout at 6:30am on Wednesday morning (4/27) at Cardozo HS (1200 Clifton Street Northwest). There will be a few others from the area joining as well.
I'll be doing the below workout (part of the HIP program), and others will be doing different workouts of their choosing.
Hoping to get a regular workout happening in the area.
Warm up for 15 minutes, then do 2 x 1200 meters at a pace that you can sustain and in which your heart rate will rise to the upper end of Zone 4. Recover with 5 minutes of easy jogging between intervals and cool down at the end of the run with zone 1-2 jogging.
