I'm doing the IM in Cozumel this November and was wondering if anyone has a great training program they could share with me. I've sort of kept to my own program for Olympic races, but feel like I should keep a strict schedule for an IM.
Any help would be appreciated.
Also, anyone out there doing Cozumel that would like to get a training group together?
I used the program in the Don Fink book "Be Iron Fit". It has 3 schedules from beginner, intermediate and advanced and it is based on 32 weeks. I loosely followed the intermediate schedule and had a great race.
