Does anyone know the Bike Rack 40 mile route?

The subject is pretty self-explanatory, but does anyone know (even if its rough) what the Sunday Bike Rack route is?
I know Macarthur Blvd but after that its pretty spotty. Would appreciate an answer by the A.M.

Here is a link that shows most of it. They usually come back through rock creek park and down 16th and finish at the shop.

It is a decent ride, if you stay in the middle of the pack.
