Hi Everyone,

With Snowpocalypse part 2, snowmageddon, snownami, coming on this afternoon and tomorrow, we are going to cancel spin on Saturday. The last thing we want is something to happen any of you, Conte’s staff, Andy, etc. Not worth the risk!!

But, since you all have trainers, if you would like a workout, please e-mail Andy and he will send you something to do.

Also, we are trying to throw in a make-up session on Feb 27th. That would be 3 weeks of Andy!!!

I will post sign ups closer to the dates.
