A triathlon training and multisport group based in Washington, DC, that raises awareness of the movement to stop mountaintop removal mining and pushes to end mountaintop removal mining and bring clean water protections to Appalachia.

We swim, bike, and/or run for clean water, clean air, whole and intact mountains, and environmental justice in Appalachia and throughout America.

Our purpose and motivation is to Tri Harder for the Mountains of Appalachia.
