Cambridge ride, Sun 5/30 (Memorial Day Sunday)
POSTED: 5/14/10 10:52 AM

Hey all... I'm planning to make one last trek to Cambridge for a training ride before EM over Memorial Day weekend... I hope anyone doing Eagleman or anyone simply interested in almost entirely uninterrupted 56 mile ride will join me.

Meet at Great Marsh Park... and be ready to clip in and roll at 8am.

Directions to the park and cuesheets are available on tricolumbia.org (but the course is really well marked, I've yet to actually use a cue sheet for the ride).

I'll be running for an hour after the ride (ugh) following the run course (also marked pretty well on the road), so bring your running shoes if you're interested in a brick.

Lunch at Panera in Easton to follow...

I'd like join ya, but that's the same day as the Reston Lake 2-mile swim. If you change the date to another day that weekend, I'd be up for it.

just bumping this one up... since it's a few days away.

I know there's an OWS event that day... unfortunately I worry about bridge traffic for the holiday weekend and think Sunday will be the best day to make the trek. Hope you'll join me.

glad you'll be joining us, Eric.
I think there will be at least 6 or 7 of us (as far as I know - and assuming everyone who touched base with me comes out).
I wish it weren't the same day as the swim in Reston...since I'll miss that, odds are good I'll head to Sandy Point Monday morning to do the buoys a few times.
