Ever want to race twice in one morning? See how quickly you can recover and put that full effort back in again? Looking for a new race or trying to explore new areas of the DC Metro Region? Heard of the Indian Head Rail Trail?

We are organizing the Race for MP's Miracle 5k/8k challenge to raise money for Mary Payton's Miracle! The race is Saturday June 19th on the brand new Indian Head Rail Trail in Indian Head, MD. Choose to run a 5k (7:30AM start), 8k (8:30AM start) or take MP's Challenge and race both! In order to ensure the maximum amount of money goes to MPMF, we need to get accurate counts, so the signup fee will increase on June 1st. Also, due to time considerations in ordering T-shirts, only those who sign up prior to May 26th will be guaranteed a race t-shirt (we will order extras, but can't guaranty enough!)! T-shirts provided by HB Services Home Repair for all participants, prizes for the winners provided by Charles County Autobody and Up the Creek Rentals and door prizes! Prizes include 1/2 hour massages from Whole Health Massage, gift certificates from Safeway Supermarkets, tickets for a family of four to the Maryland Blue Crabs Baseball Team (owned by Hall of Famer Brooks Robinson!), RoadID runner and biker tags! After race refreshments provided by Safeway Supermarkets, Pirates Booty, Big B's Liquors.

Finally, if you want to make a family affair of it, Up the Creek Rentals is offering 10% discounts on bike and kayak rentals to all race participants and volunteers!
