Hey gang!
Tomorrow, June 17 from 10am-12pm, PRR in arlington is hosting a running clinic featuring distance runner, adventure racer, and biomechanics specialist, Ian Adamson.
Topics include- running injuries, biomechanics and the science behind Newton shoe technology.
This event will be very informative! Come with your q's and try out a pair of Newtons etc....
