I run regularly with the DC Capital Striders running club and really like it. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, and there is a wide range of experience and pace amongst the runners in the group. There are runs everyday in multiple parts of the city so you can find a run that works best with your schedule.

Tomorrow will be a club wide happy hour at Black Finn in DC from 6-9. If you haven't run with the club before or even if you have but haven't been in a while, do come out and join in for some drinking and make some new friends. We run year round, and the reality is that none of us can afford to completely take off from running in the off season even if it is really cold...
