If you enjoyed the DC Triathlon bike course today... now you can relive the experience while you ride the trainer... or sit on your couch! I found this youTube clip of the 2nd half of the DC Triathlon bike course from last year. Not sure who the rider was? But they were fast! Notice nobody passes them!
