I woke up with a really bad headache today and won't be at the track. I hope that you all still have a really good workout and I'll see you there next week. Remember the workout for today is:
1 by 200 with 200 recovery (moderate pace)
10 by 400 with 200 recovery (run just faster than 5k pace)
1 by 200 (fastest of the group)
which I'll be doing later today by myself.

3 by 800 with 400 recovery
4 by 400 with 200 recovery
4 by 200 with 100 recovery
Try to keep the same pace for all of the 800s, run a little faster for the 400s, and then a little faster for the 200s.
