An interesting article about a couple of cyclists and their encounter with a cop and his knowledge (or lack there of) of his states cycling law(s).

We live within a stones throw from 5-6 states/districs/commonwealths, etc with varying rules to the road for cyclists. Do you know the rules from state to state?
