Hey NTPers, here’s some things you might want to think about bringing/wearing for Saturday’s brick-nic:
Your picnic contribution :-) (see the “Buzz” article on the main page for info)
Tri shorts (if you have them – bike shorts & running shorts if not)
Bike jersey or tri top
Hat or visor
Transition towel (small towel or bag to put your gear on while you’re out)
Change of clothes for the drive home
Water bottles for the bike and/or the run
Nutrition (sports drink, gel, etc.)
Volunteers, if you have other suggestions, post ‘em below.
Road ID or ID in a Ziploc bag on your person.
If you don't have a Road ID, now is a great time to get one (and Road ID is one of our merchant partners). The best $20 you may ever spend.
Oh yes, cue sheet! Don't forget to print one off (links are on the Buzz article and in this week's NTP email) and bring it along.
Don't forget the shammy butter or body glide. (Please put it on before you leave the house.) Chafing sucks and tri shorts don't have as much padding.
