I completely wimped out on the du when I saw the near freezing temperature that morning. Anyone that's taking their training races that seriously is going to be reaping a lot of benefits later this season.

Registration for next Saturday's (April 21st) Duathlon is open in the Shop. It's the perfect opportunity for some transition practice and a brick before San Diego and Kinetic.

Wow - there were some wicked fast peeps at the April Du!

I was just thinking the same thing myself. Most folks are already in mid-season form. Blazin!

No one was faster than the Park Police and their quick draw tix books!
I just made the toe touch at the stop sign as part of every lap, I think they want to see you clip back in as you start back up.
